Are you truly your brother's keeper?  Have you been a good steward with the task that has been given to you?  Have you misused the resources that were bestowed upon you?  This short story provides a perspective on how the British Elite colonizers used their fellow British brothers for economic and social power.  We have seen similar tactics in recent times with political campaign fundraisers that were used to extrapolate funds from the colonizers' descendants in order to pad the pockets of the so-called leaders.  All of this is to continue the forward progression of the myth of supremacy.
