Today we have former professional soccer player, Rob Vincent. Rob played for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds of the United Soccer League and DC United of Major League Soccer before multiple knee surgeries unfortunately ended his career early. Rob currently works as an Academy Coach for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Academy. This episode will focus specifically on transitioning from player to coach and Rob's experience making that transition. We discuss battling through injuries, preparations for retirement and combatting stress while playing.
