Welcome back to another episode of the Less Talk More Work Podcast, for those of you that have followed along this may come as a surprise or this may not come as a surprise. As many of you know, we also have a Less Talk More Work Facebook group where we are trying to build a high performance culture. We read high performance books, we theorize over habits and exercises to be more efficient with whatever it is that each of us do and we share ideas about how each of us strive for more in our lives.
