I can't believe i've finally bitten the bullet and released my very first podcast episode. I've titled it: Episode Zero, because we haven't really started any conversations yet. All i did was introduce myself (hi!) and told you a little bit about my 'why' behind starting this podcast. 

I am extremely excited to dive into conversation with you. I see a real need for us to talk about the hard messy experiences that make us human, and i hope you're as excited as i am to get started!
