Growth is a journey, not an end product. As the saying goes, if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. Our passion as new podcasters is to use our experiences and lessons to help listeners through the long-haul, so we are so excited to kick off our new journey of podcasting with you! In our very first episode, we discuss how we can use pain as our teacher- we cannot know great joy without knowing great sorrow. Along the same vein, it's always important to slow down and take the time to celebrate yourself and your accomplishments and allow yourself to feel and accept joy in those times. After all, we are harder on ourselves than anyone else ever could be because we frequently feel the need to avoid being exposed and hide our vulnerabilities at all costs.
Coming out of 2020, which was a revealing year in and of itself, we have all come away from it stronger than we were before, with more challenges that we have overcome, and a higher sense of self-awareness under our belts. Now, let's take the opportunity together to allow it to prepare us for the season that we're in, and every season that is to come.
How can we grow with you? What are some topics that you'd like to hear us cover on the podcast? Connect with us on social and let us know! Hit the subscribe button and leave a review. We would love to hear from you and get your feedback.
