Hello Friends of the Podcast,
First I want to say that I know that most of the country is mourning the lost of the victims in Nashville, TN. I want to send my love and prayers out to the families who are mourning. 

This podcast is for that woman who has self doubt and feel that they aren't enough. I know for me early in my life that was my mindset and I had to realize I have to make the best of this thing called life. One way I changed my mindset was saying that what I have is for me and it's okay that I am not like the next woman!
