Here's my question for you?

What does it mean to live in the present moment?

The only time to create changes in our life is in the Now, know as “the present moment”

The past exist in our mistakes

The future exist in our imagination

The present now exist in the Now.

The more we focus our attention on the past, the harder it will be to move into POSSIBILITY😊

The present moment is in POSSIBILITY😎

It is never to late to start something new when you are living in the precious moment.

Life only unfolds it’s wonder, beauty, elegance and prosperity in the PRESENT MOMENT.

What ever you tried before in the past has no energetic hold in the present moment.

One way to practice being present is by meditation

Meditation is a powerful tool to connect deeper within yourself and your environment.

There are different forms of meditation and today I want to share with you a practice that in my opinion is overlooked by many who practice meditation.

The meditation practice I’m referring to is a walking meditation.  This meditation will help you connect to your body, environment and the present time.
