Join us as we discuss leadership with Patrick Figaro. Patrick's resume includes being a Marine, a Chemical Engineer, and he currently serves as a 3M Plant Manager in Angleton Texas. Patrick has a vast array of interests that include biking, Jujutsu, and traveling. 

Patrick served in the United States Marine Corps from 2000-2004.

Patrick graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in 2003. He graduated from Purdue with a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering in 2005. 

Patrick is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
