If you can’t build with them, don’t chill with them. That was my new statement for my new life. And it was strong, I am telling you. Maybe too strong in the beginning. I didn’t want to spoil my energy and effort anymore. My time was way too precious to waste it on people I could not build on. And build on, I mean, being honest in feelings, in communications and in actions. In one word, - be congruent- , better known as Integrity. Being a leader, it is the only way to go, people don’t want to do with you when you are not trustworthy in the long run. Yes, maybe in the short term, there are people who want “to abuse” your trust.
