Joanna White is passionate about innovation, and commercialising Australian intellectual property to the benefit of Australians into the future. Joanna works in the innovation and ventures team at PwC Australia. Coming from a farming family Joanna is really excited about her current project the Food Trust Platform, which is aimed at delivering a new level of trust in red meat brands. Utilising blockchain technology, this is perhaps the most significant breakthrough in food, from the farm, to the butcher, to the plate.
