When Rebecca Spencer was murdered in 1987 a lack of evidence and leads brought her case to a standstill with family members wondering if it will ever get solved. Then when Joan Heaton and her two small daughters are found murdered two years later the similarities in crime scenes has people wondering could the same person be responsible? Luckily for investigators evidence left behind from the Heaton murders allowed them to zero in on the culprit. To everyone’s shock the number one suspect was 15 year-old Craig Price who quickly became known as the youngest serial killer in the United States.
