On November 13, 1974, Ronald DeFeo Jr’s parents and 4 siblings were found shot to death face down in their beds. Ronald Jr was the lone DeFeo survivor and soon confessed to the murders of his family members. In December of the following year, the Lutz family bought the home with intentions of starting fresh. 28 days later, they would abandon the home in the middle of the night, after many alleged paranormal experiences.
