Here's another episode! This time about villains! This one specifically about your one off villains, your cannon fodder, your villains that have a plan and want it real bad and who get thwarted quickly by your players. We take a dive into Homer's "The Odyssey" to explore episodic plot styles and discover what types of villains fit this kind of story telling.
This one's a throwback episode: just Brendan the drunk DM and a mic. And of course a beverage recipe as well in the form of a Manhattan. Recipeas follows:
2 parts rye (I prefer Rittenhouse)
1 part sweet vermouth (My choice is Dolin)
2 dashes bitters (Classically Angustora bitters but I like chocolate bitters personally)
Mix that in a glass full of ice and strain into a coup, with a garnish in the form of a maraschino cherry
