Tim Raderstorf, MSN, RN has the honor of serving as the first Chief Innovation Officer at The Ohio State University College of Nursing, where he also is a Clinical Instructor of Practice and DNP student. Tim’s healthcare experience spans from neurosurgical research on Tethered Spinal Cord Syndrome, designing clinical spaces, developing educational programs to improve skills of the healthcare workforce in India, and transitioning organizations into new physical locations. His true passion lies within the development of novel commercial innovations to enhance patient outcomes. Outside of his role at OSU, Raderstorf owns with small real estate firm, volunteers at Flying Horse Farms, a camp for children with serious illnesses, and is an avid curator of curiosity.
