In this #PFT, off a bit of a hiatus it's about making one of two choices when the universe gives you the signs that personal change is eminent. Are you seeking a REBOOT, where you take your strengths and your energy and take a completely different path and pivot. Like in 2019 I decided to make my official career reboot, leaving a nearly 20 year career as an HR professional to become a professional housepainter. Or are you simply in need of a "new paint job" and a REMASTER would be better? This is when we spark up a simple redo, doing what we've done before and doing it smarter and better. Both paths come with their own set of obstacles and levels of risk. It may be time to choose which path is best for you.
