In July 2004 Mark Hobson raped, tortured, murdered and mutilated his girlfriend and her twin sister. Fearing his crimes were about to be discovered, he went on the run for for 8 days during which he savagely attacked and killed an elderly couple whilst breaking into their house. Hobson was taking drugs and drinking heavily leading up to the crimes and maintains to this day he has no memory of his crimes. He was arrested after one of the largest man hunts in UK history.
