EPS 12: Developing Consistency to Defeat Stress and Anxiety with Dan Laporte

Dan Laporte is a stress and anxiety coach that shares with us today about the importance of consistency and how it is the key to switching the sub conscious mind, allowing for the development of healthy habits, and how movement relates to those habits.

Dan has been a competitive powerlifter and strongman for approximately 10 years now. He is also a personal trainer and strength coach and has coached athletes that have lifted at almost every level. Dan previously owned and operated a small fitness studio for 4 years with a specialization in strength and conditioning as well as functional training.

Dan and his partner, Jen have recently started a holistic coaching business where they help people identify and understand their mental, physical and spiritual needs and teach them how to implement self care practices.

They also help their clients to identify and understand their emotional triggers and limiting beliefs so that they can continue to grow and build happy healthy relationships.
