In this solo PEP TALK! I encourage you to EMBRACE your sensitivity, yo! I'll talk about Hyper Sensitivity also known as HSP. Growing up feeling like a weakling, I didn't even know HSP was a personality trait until I was much older. But alas, IT IS A THING! A real, personality thing, and it's MORE than okay if you have it! Being sensitive can make things harder, but it's also what makes us amazingly loving folks too!
