Y'all. If you've ever scrolled and thought "I must be doing this wrong" this one's for you.

I keep hearing this from my students and from young adults I coach... a default fear of being behind. Behind in school, behind on moving out, behind because you took a break, behind because life happened and you had to slow down.

AND... I just don't think it's true. "Behind" only makes sense if we're all running the same race- with the same starting point and the same finish line.

That's not how our lives actually work.
