Shannon D Maass started working in healthcare as a CNA in 2002 and later became a med-tech.  Shannon transitioned into a corrections recruiter role last year. She hopes to now bring an impact to the nurses she works with.  Aside from appreciating her employees, Shannon enjoys educating folks about the corrections specialty.
