-I think people should normalize therapy, Our generation has things to express. With everything going on in the world from BLACK LIVES MATTER, POLITICAL RACIST OUTBURST, DEATH WITH COVID, PEOPLE NOT GETTING RECOGNITION PROPERLY WHEN THEY GRADUATE  are things we may not show or express that hurt, or things we want to discuss, but everyone has an opinion and believe it or not it's only human of us to want to be seen & heard.
