In this #PFT, I forget day AND correct episode number (it is in fact, episode 22, folks). But seriously, the last feew weeks have been heavy on my mind, introducing a change in my life that wasn't desperately necessary but the timing is absolutely right. I've made many career changes in my life, even significant pivots, to almost protect myself from the situation i was in. Unhappy, unfulfilled, disenfranchised. This time though is very different. How to do make the decision to no longer do something you love to do, and are in a flow with, to pursue a new path that you know you'll love to do but don't know what to expect? I do know the decision has been made and the ball is rolling to do exactly that. Now I'm not Ted Lasso, because he's a made up character, of course. However, he made a pretty big change when things were at their peak. Why can't we?
