Sabrina Runbeck is a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant and a Life Performance Consultant. When Sabrina and I spoke on Episode 172 of Screw the Naysayers much of the conversation focused on the challenges women in healthcare face. She shared what it feels to have worked so hard to achieve her position only to find herself grinding away, working 80+ hours a week, with little or no time for anything but work. And let’s be honest folks, it's a system that takes a huge toll on our front line service providers. 

Refusing to accept the status quo Sabrina set out to crack the code of doing important work while still having time for self and family.
