On August 25th 1972 in the Kera area of Kōchi City, 13 year old Michio Seo stumbled on a small disk or “hat” like object flying erratically around a rice field. Along with the help of 4 mates, he was eventually able to photograph and even capture the miniature UFO. It was examined by the boys and witnessed by numerous people.
