The Cumbria massacre was a mass killing spree which took place on the morning on 2 June 2010 in Cumbria, Northern England. The perpetrator, a man called Derrick Bird armed himself with a rifle and sawn off shotgun and over the course of a few hours murdered 12 innocent people. What caused him to loose his mind ? Were there any warning signs ?
