David Parker Ray constructed a custom-built torture trailer he called the Toy Box which he kept on his property in Elephant Butte, New Mexico. Along with his accomplices, Ray raped, tortured, and police suspect potentially murdered up to 60 innocent women. The Toy Box was stocked with a huge array of instruments designed to cause pain and suffering, which included video cameras and audio equipment.
