On June 4, 2004 the small town of Granby Colorado was attacked by 52 year old Marvin Heemeyer using modified a Komatsu D355A Bulldozer. The attack was a result of an ongoing land zoning dispute which Marvin Heemyer saw as part of a larger conspiracy against him perpetrated by the town elite.
