Alicia's Energy Bite Recipe:
1C mother’s rolled oats (organic rolled oats)
1/3 C ground flax seed
1C dark chocolate chips ( or raisins)
1/3 C local honey
1/2 C organic peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
** She likes Jif because it has low oil content. She's also made them with powdered also.
1 T good vanilla
Mix well and use cookie scoop ( medium pampered chef works perfect) and chill in the refrigerator.
You can eat them from the fridge, pack in lunch, take on long runs (great 1/2 or marathon snack), camping, road trips, and more!!!!
