Megan has been in the weight loss coaching space for 8 years. First as a personal trainer, then as a gym owner and nutrition coach. Using her skills and passion she chooses to coach with a Body Positive approach. Using brain science and positive psychology she helps clients lose weight while building confidence in their bodies and themselves. She and her husband Brandon own two gyms, and they live in iowa with their kiddos, Lila and Rocky.
