They say if you can make it in New York you can make it anywhere, would 100+ years in the same location in the greatest city in the world count as making it?  East Harlem’s Rao’s Restaurant is one of the hardest tables to get because it is renowned history and amazing food; but he man behind their legendary meatballs is none other than Dino Gatto.  He’s cooked for politicians, actors, athletes, and everyone in between – He’s got on field access to MetLife Stadium and can be found sharing lunch with the Giants players and staff at their complex and throws one heck of a tailgate for giant’s fans before games.  He’s a staple in the NYC community but he’s also one of our favorite guests!  Ladies and Gentlemen: Dino the Chef.
