This one's for my LSWs this one's for all the new graduates. . .there are plenty of things I wish I knew before I got into this field that might have tipped the scales as far as my decision to continuing getting my education in the field or just choosing more wisely where to work. This episode is going to be discussing all of those craters to stay away from and while all of the struggles won't be avoidable at least you'll have more knowledge about them and how to better navigate them than I did.
