In this episode Ali gets distracted from Sydney Smith and tells the story of the Shark Arm Murder Case form 1935. 

A tiger shark regurgitates a human arm in an aquarium in Australia, but how did James Smiths' arm get inside the 14 foot long creature?

 While discussing the murder of James Smith, Ali and Sarah consider the many possible scenarios which could have led to his untimely demise.  Who actually killed James and who could have ordered the killing? This case is technically still unsolved.

They also look at the death of Reginal Holmes, the star witness at the trial of Patrick Brady who was charged with James' murder. After Holmes death, and a very original interpretation of “Corpus Delicti”, the charges against Brady were dropped.
