Richard Chase, the Vampire of Sacramento, committed some of the worst crimes imaginable in the late 1970's. He was a paranoid schizophrenic who believed the Nazi's had poisoned him forcing him to consume animal and human blood to stop his blood from turning to powder. I know, insane !!!  He killed men, women children and babies. This is a horrific case of depravity, truly frightening.
