Sean holds certifications in executive leadership, persuasion, and motivation. Sean started SEO Hacker as a side hustle and has since expanded it to employ 54 people, with plans for expansion into Singapore. He believes that a strong spirit, a capable team, and a clear vision are crucial for entrepreneurial success.

Sean emphasizes the importance of faith and surrendering challenges to a higher power to maintain perspective.
