Genevieve Piturro, a former television marketing executive, found her true purpose when a question from a child in an emergency shelter sparked a life-changing moment.

In 2001, she founded the successful non-profit, Pajama Program, which has delivered over 7 million gifts of pajamas and books to children. Now, as a speaker and purpose consultant, Genevieve inspires individuals, groups, and companies to discover their purpose and embrace the human connection for success. She encourages others to ask for help and take the first step towards their purpose, igniting a positive transformation in their lives.

Genevieve found her true purpose and calling after hearing an inner voice challenging her to change direction from her successful corporate career.

She started visiting children in emergency shelters and reading to them, which brought her a deep sense of fulfillment and connection.

After bringing pajamas for the children one night, a young girl asked her "What are pajamas?", which moved Genevieve deeply and motivated her to start The Pajama Program to provide new pajamas and books for children in need.

Genevieve's journey was not smooth sailing, and she faced doubts and criticism from others initially. But she persevered due to her strong sense of purpose and calling.

Genevieve believes purpose and human connection are the pillars of success, and that following your purpose brings enthusiasm, support and fulfillment.

After 20 years of The Pajama Program, Genevieve now wants to speak and consult on purpose and human connection to inspire and support others in finding their purpose.

Genevieve advises those seeking to follow their purpose to ask for help, as many people want to support and enable others to pursue their dreams.

Genevieve's biggest lesson was to ask for help sooner, rather than trying to do everything alone initially.

Genevieve's next goal is to continue encouraging and inspiring others who want to change direction and pursue their purpose, despite barriers.

Genevieve's key message is that you can "slide into" your purpose, and you will never regret taking that first step.
