John Narrow helps mid-career professionals who feel stuck and underutilized find meaningful work through coaching. After 25 years in education, he launched his own coaching practice full time. He advises being clear on who you help and what problem you solve, being consistent in your messaging, and hiring a business coach for support. Imposter syndrome can arise when comparing metrics, so he recommends celebrating your own successes. Setting healthy boundaries in your business helps you build what you want and show up how you want.

John recommends defining every stage of your business yourself and not feeling pressure to conform to others' definitions.
