This week's episode is about 5 tips I think moms should know about breastfeeding! Your diet and water intake is key when nursing. You want to make sure you are drinking 64oz of water and eating 500 calories a day, even though I said 5,000 in the podcast a million times! oops! haha. Also I discussed power pumping, your child's latch, milk let down and speaking up for yourself! Breastfeeding was the hardest, most fulfilling journey I've ever conquered but it was definitely worth it, BUT if you feel overwhelmed or want to give up or supplement that's OKAY too.
