How To Capture Video Reviews From Your Clients
It is easier than you think to capture video reviews from your clients.
First, do not wait until after the program or service end date to ask for your first review. You will not receive the robust review that you are looking for.
Instead, ask for a review during your time with your client in your group or one-on-one session. Choose a pivotal point in their journey where they are really excited. Let them know you will ask for a review in future sessions so they can prepare. Then during the sessions ask them about how they felt before they worked with you and during your time together. Close to the end ask them how they feel about their progress. Last ask them to share with you any advice they would give to someone who is undecided or on the fence about working with you.
