Spirit of EQ

EQ, Exercise and Nutrition

Listen Later

A number of people typically they set their New Year's resolutions as exercise, diet, and losing weight.

But by the second week of February is when those "promises to yourself" just kind of fall off.

Why is that? We all know when we exercise and when we eat well, it can have a positive effect on our focus and our outlook.

In this episode, we encourage the idea of using the competencies of emotional intelligence to help you make better decisions about how to increase exercise and better nutrition in your life.

In each episode, Jeff and Eric will talk about what emotional intelligence, or understanding your emotions, can do for you in your daily and work life. For more information, contact Eric or Jeff at [email protected], or go to their website, Spirit of EQ.
