The removal of the 'chilling effect' of current legislation on LGBT teachers is seen by some as the next step on the march towards equality, and moves are afoot to make legislative changes. But how well can the competing rights to equality and religious freedom be balanced? Hugh is joined by Minister of State for Equality Aodhán Ó Ríordáin, Iona Institute Chairman and Mater Dei lecturer John Murray and Ruadhán Mac Cormaic of The Irish Times.
