Keith and Jonathan explain how and why the breach happended and that Equifax is not a bank and does not have the same regulatory expectations. They also discuss with Nir the hypothesis that the Equifax breach  could have absolutely been prevented with better processes and advanced cyber risk systems like Nyotron. The Cyber Security industry has not changed much over twenty years. Cyber threats are becoming "infinite" and  it  requires an added layer of protection in addition to traditional cyber security techniques. Nyotron is one such example.
