…everything is changing, everything can seem upside down. People don't know quite where to land or what to strike out to do. The most important piece is to check in to where you're at for spiritual recognition. \

Now if you don't have a spiritual practice, many people do respond to nature, a walk outside. Or perhaps you feel a sense of connectivity through music… painting, cooking, whatever promotes that sense of quiet peace and continuation.

In this ephemeral world we have continual reminders that everything can change. When the Moon is in the sign of Scorpio, we may think how brief this span of time on earth really is, and the preciousness of these moments.

As we approach this Equinox, it stirs the desire to take action for a spiritual mandate. Think about the essence of what spirituality or mysticism is and you may agree that it is Love.

Integrate the Love essence with how you take action, your heartfelt desire. It is possible to create enhanced communication and strengthen connection.
