The health of any church depends on the number of ministers and ministries functioning in the church. A key question for the local church is “how many active ministry leaders and ministries do we have functioning in our church?”, not "How many meetings, programs or Bible studies do we conduct?" Sending capacity is always more important than seating capacity.  Ephesians 4:11-16
