Richard welcomes back Dr Mai Elftise to the podcast to discuss Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB) in General Practice.  During the episode Mai defines EDIB , including the legislation and what this means in  General Practice.  We then discuss how EDIB can affect patient assessments and how to you may consider adapting your consultations.
