The world is full of problems but there is no situation without a solution. When problem arises what is the first step you take? Crying or weeping is never part of the solutions. Just take the matter to God. Faith is never the absence of fear but your ability to go on to trust God for victory. Fear is natural to man as faith is natural to divinity. You can't cast your burden on the Lord unless you call unto Him. Always use the power of prayer to suppress your anxiety. If you want to succeed in your field, sit in the company of those with greater achievements. If you walk with failure, you don't need to wait too long before you start failing and falling. If you don't stop praying for help, you won't stop receiving interventions. The more gratitude you give to God, the less anxious you become.
