Today's blockbuster of my solo Podcast Titled Communication is a topic I've been thinking about for quite a while now. Communication skills are something I feel we are losing more and more every day. With the advent of the phone especially most people would actually rather text or here a recorded robot on the other end than actually talk with a human being! I ask people why would you'd rather text than speak live and the answer back is I just don't have the time! No wonder there always depressed. They've become prisoners of there own devices!

I also talk about communicating with your weight training and how vital it is to have that bond with everything your training with. Before you say out loud that it's just weights, sandbags, and stones let me remind you that all of these strength tools all have a pulse which means they vibrate! More on that in future Podcasts! I talk about how when I train I communicate with past and present Physical Culture men. This is a very smart way to get some feedback from the universe. Remember what you put out matches those thoughts and comes back to you.
