In this episode of Creative Guts, co-hosts Laura Harper Lake and Sarah Wrightsman sit down with artist Eric Katzman! If you’ve seen Eric’s art, you know it is abstract with a lot of color. The process of creating is meditative for Eric — he’s responding to what he sees in the moment and processing his life experiences. Originally from Kansas, Eric comes from a creative family and recalls spending time as a kid in a printmaking studio! Having taken a windy path through his careers as an artist and a dentist, Eric and his wife, Julie, opened Katzman Contemporary Projects in Dover, NH with the goal of lifting up New England artists.
