On this weeks episode of the GPP, Ger talks with unbeaten Professional boxer Eric Donovan. Eric returned from retirement to go professional as a boxer and has since seen his aspirations realized by going undefeated and putting himself in line for a European title. Eric has had other battles in the past including one with mental health which he overcame and offers some advice on keeping your mindset positive while isolating. Eric also tells us of his isolation challenge he has set himself and more importantly, why.
