When it comes to business and corporate culture today, there are clear haves and have nots out there, reports Eric Pinckert, Co-Founder and Managing Director of BrandCulture, a firm that, as its name suggests, focuses on brand and culture development. Some organizations are doing very well despite the pandemic, and their values and cultures are the stronger for it. Others are faring less well, and as a result their culture and values are under stress.

* Communications
