Eric is the Managing Parter at Woodley Real Estate directs Woodley Real Estate's commercial portfolio and oversees aspects of tenant representation, built to suit negotiations, real estate development, real estate investment, acquisitions and dispositions. Eric received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Eric resides in Highland, UT with his wife and three children. Loved chatting with Eric about how he got started and his scrappy beginnings.
